Giving feedback or making a complaint is easy and will be dealt with at the highest priority, please see below on how to provide feedback or make a complaint.
Posting defamation comments or slander on social media or the internet isn't the appropriate way to make a complaint, cases of defamation made public will be dealt with in a prompt manner involving legal action.

4, Your complaint, please provide as much information as possible
